CALL FOR POSTER
The Drug Discovery in Academia conference will feature a poster session, giving researchers an opportunity for presenting late-breaking results and ongoing research.
Authors should submit an abstract (250 word maximum) including poster title, authors and affiliations to email@example.com October 5th. The abstract should demonstrate relevance to the field of drug discovery and translational research. At least one of the Poster authors must attend the conference and poster session to present and discuss the work. The abstracts of all posters will be given to all conference attendees and published on the conference web site.
Guidelines for Poster Presenters
Equipment supplied by the BSi: Poster board (4' high by 6' wide), Poster number (in upper left corner), Poster pins
Poster set up will be at 7:00am. All posters should be posted no later than 9:30am. Poster numbers will be assigned. Authors should plan to stand by their posters to answer questions from 11:15 ‐1:15 p.m. during the poster session. You can take your poster down immediately following the conference. The BSi will not be responsible for any posters not takendown by the presenter.
If extraordinary circumstances require withdrawal of a poster, the presenter is required to notify the BSi office at 410‐955‐4504 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
