Funding opportunity from the BSi.
Sustaining Innovation in the Neurosciences (SIN) Awards
The Brain Science Institute is announcing a fourth round of SIN Awards for funding up to $50,000 for 1 year. They will be considered for renewal if there is evidence that the program is highly likely to be refunded within that year. We encourage junior as well as established investigators to apply. The transition from K awards to R01 awards as well as R01 awards will be supported. SIN awards are intended to allow retention of key personnel and to support essential data collection for resubmissions. Applications due May 15th, 2012.
Brain Science Translational Research Grants
The Brain Science Institute (BSi) is requesting applications for support of translational research in the neurosciences. This includes research targeted to acute or chronic neurological diseases, psychiatric disorders, and neuropathic or chronic pain. Applications are due June 15th, 2012.
